Located in the heart of the high desert, Mojave Rosa is perfectly positioned for exploration. You are only 10 minutes from Joshua Tree Village and 15 minutes from the breathtaking landscapes of Joshua Tree National Park, as well as the iconic Pioneertown and Pappy & Harriet's.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (1 PM) are available for an additional $50 each. Please note that the property is not fully fenced and the final 1/4 mile of access is via a dirt road. For the safety of all guests, there is a Ring camera located at the front corner of the house facing the driveway.

House Rules:

• Strict No Pet Policy: To accommodate guests with severe allergies, no pets or emotional support animals are allowed. A $250 deep cleaning fee applies to violations.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• No smoking or vaping inside the property or within 10 feet of the house.
• Commercial photoshoots and filming are prohibited without prior approval and a required deposit.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests; unauthorized additional guests may result in a $500 fee.
