Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please note this is a meet-and-greet property; guests must provide an estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM. Late check-ins (6:30 PM – 10:00 PM) require prior agreement and may incur a £40 fee. A 30-minute grace period is provided for arrivals, after which a £10 fee per 30 minutes may apply. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.

Important Notices: On-street parking is available nearby on York Road or within Area 5 (charges apply Monday-Friday, £1 per hour, 1-hour limit from 9:30am–11:30am; free on weekends). Please be aware that the building opposite is undergoing external remedial works with scaffolding in place, and some construction noise may be audible during weekday working hours. Additionally, a planned water supply interruption is scheduled for November 2, 3, and 4, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

To ensure a secure stay, the primary guest must complete a verification step including a signed agreement, government-issued ID, and a selfie. A starter supply of toiletries, bin bags, and basic cooking ingredients is provided upon arrival.
