🚨 Emergency & Safety • Emergency: Call 911 immediately. • Fire Extinguisher: Located in the hall under the electric breaker box. • First Aid Kit: Located in the bedroom closet.
🏡 House Rules & Guidelines 🔹 Smoking & Substance Policy: Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, and in all common areas of the building. Violations are subject to a minimum $250 cleaning fee and immediate reservation cancellation without a refund. 🔹 Sand & Beach Care: • Please use the outdoor shower on the boardwalk to rinse off sand and clean all beach gear before re-entering the building. • Do not rinse excess sand down the indoor plumbing to prevent clogged pipes. • We provide beach towels. Please leave all other condo furnishings inside. • Do not hang towels, swimsuits, or clothing over the balcony railing to prevent strict HOA fines. You may hang these items on the balcony chairs. 🔹 HVAC & Balcony Door: • During warm, humid months, please keep the sliding glass door closed while the AC is running to prevent interior condensation, mold, humidity, and damage to the HVAC unit. • Keeping the balcony door open with lights on at night will attract mosquitoes quickly. • During cooler spring and fall days, feel free to turn off the HVAC and leave doors open to enjoy the fresh air! 🔹 Child Safety: • Our condo is not fully child-proofed, and the balcony is located on the 2rd floor. • Please keep the sliding door safety lock engaged at all times when children are inside, and always supervise children on the balcony. 🔹 Guests & Visitors: • Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. • Additional visitors must use paid island parking unless using an authorized Cabana De Mar parking pass. • Please keep noise levels respectful. Disturbance complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
🚗 Parking Information 🔹 Parking Pass provided: Display your temporary parking pass on your vehicle's rearview mirror at all times (including in the marked Cabana De Mar overflow lots across the street). 🔹 Enforcement: Towing is strictly enforced. We are not responsible for towing or booting fees if a pass is missing or improperly displayed. 🔹 Pass Rules: One reusable pass, which is paid for by the host, is provided per stay. Replacement or extra passes carry a $35 fee. The pass must be returned to the unit on check-out. Please do not share parking passes or gate codes with non-guests.
🧴 Included Amenities & Starter Supplies We provide a starter pack of supplies for your arrival. Additional maid services or replenishment items during your stay are not included: 🔹 Linens & Towels: 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, 1 makeup towel, 1 bath mat, fresh queen sofa bed linen set (stored in the bedroom closet in a sealed bag). 🔹 Toiletries: Refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower, full hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper. 🔹 Kitchen & Cleaning: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 kitchen towel, full hand soap, full dish soap, a new dish sponge, kitchen trash bags, and bathroom trash bags. 🔹 Welcome Treats: Coffee pods, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, various light snacks.
(Note: The owner’s closet in the hallway is kept locked and contains cleaning supplies only. Thank you for respecting this space.)

Quick Check-Out Checklist FRIDGE - Please clear out any leftover food or beverages. TOWELS - Please place used wet towels in the bathtub. BEDS - No need to strip the bed when you leave! If you used the sofa bed linens, simply leave the used linens on the bed- do not put them back in the closet. PARKING PASS: Please return to the unit on check-out. Thank you for staying with us!
