Please keep all firewood and trash secured inside the home or garage. Bear activity in the area makes this especially important - never leave food or trash outside or in your car. Trash will be picked up at the end of your stay.
Fireworks are not permitted at the property.
Camping on the property is not allowed.
If you'd like to use the fire pit on more than one day during your stay, you'll need to purchase a Category I seasonal fire permit in advance. Firewood is not provided.
If you're traveling with dogs, please keep them leashed while walking in the neighborhood and always pick up after them.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25; all other guests must be at least 21 unless accompanied by a parent.
- Before checkout
Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Gather up sheets and start a load of laundry if you can. If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
