The king bedroom and the themed room share a bathroom.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home—violators will incur a $250 fee—though it is permitted on the balcony and pool area.

Optional services include pool heating at $35 per day (2-day minimum, requested 48 hours in advance), BBQ grill rental for $100 per stay, and mid-stay cleaning for $195. Guests are provided with a starter set of toiletries and paper products; however, no food or seasonings are supplied.
