To ensure a seamless start to your stay, the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and a few complimentary starter supplies are provided: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, laundry detergent, fabric softener, a dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, and one set of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap per bathroom. Please note that no seasonings or food are provided to avoid contamination. While bath, hand, and pool towels are provided based on guest count, washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own.

Temporary Vacation Occupancy Policy
This property is offered for temporary vacation and travel accommodations only.
Guests must vacate the property by 10:00 AM on the scheduled checkout date, unless a different checkout time has been expressly approved in writing by Unik Villas.
Reservations do not automatically renew or extend. Any request to extend a stay must be submitted in advance and is subject to availability, written approval, and confirmation through the applicable booking platform.
Guests may not remain at the property beyond their authorized reservation period.
For stays of 28 nights or longer, guests may be required to enter into a separate temporary occupancy agreement, where permitted by applicable law and booking-platform policies. Any such requirement and agreement will be disclosed before booking.
Any unauthorized continued occupancy will be addressed through the applicable booking platform and lawful procedures under Florida law.
