House Rules: Check-in: After 4:00pm Check-out: 10:00am No Smoking. No pets are permitted. No parties or events. Please place all trash in the trash cans provided throughout the property. Respectful Neighbor and Quiet Hours Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and mind the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. If you have any issues with a neighbor, please report that to us immediately. Accidents and Damages: We kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. Visitors and Guests: The number of total guests cannot exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on the property. All guests and visitors are the responsibility of the primary booking guest and must comply with all house rules. Parking: Please park in the designated areas as stated in your check-in instructions message. If you need to park on the street, please be respectful of the neighbors and avoid parking in areas that will obstruct access. Guests may access the garage, but guest cars must not be parked inside. Pets: Pets are not allowed at the property. If a pet is found to be on premises, this will result in the immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies prepaid. An additional cleaning cost of no less than $500 will be charged to the credit card on file. Documented service animals are permitted, please make a staff member aware they will be in the unit prior to arrival. Swimming Pools/Spa: Swimming pools are between 3 & 6-foot deep - Swimming is at your own risk - Absolutely no diving allowed - Children must be supervised at all times! Pool Heating: The charge is $20 per night. Paid pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and purchased for the entire stay. It cannot be added after arrival. The standard heating target is 85°F, subject to weather. Maintenance: Any maintenance issues must be reported to The Bay & Key Collection as soon as possible. All repairs to the property must be made through The Bay & Key Collection authorized vendors, vendors needing to access the property will schedule service times with you directly at the direction of The Bay & Key Collection staff. All properties are serviced by outside pool / lawn care vendors, they may access the property during your stay, but all services will only result in brief interruptions. Air Conditioning: Air Conditioning should not be set below 70F. We recommend a range between 75F and 78F. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the A/C system being damaged or needing repaired due to negligence from the guest. Any repairs required due to these guidelines not being followed will be at the guest’s expense. Air Conditioning MUST only be used when all windows and doors are closed. Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at The Bay & Key Collection. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.
