• Primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain on-site.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on balconies (violations result in a $500 fee).
• A $40 Resort Fee covers the parking pass and pool wristbands.
• Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit during select dates: May 21–25, June 13–July 27, Sept 3–7, and the Sunday of Schooner’s Lobster Fest in October.
• Beach towels are not included.
• Clean Coverlet Program: Fresh linens, comforters, and coverlets are laundered prior to every check-in.
