Welcome to Jiloo, it's a pleasure to have you. Please note these rules for staying at our hotel, your home: 1-All guests staying will be subject to these rules and accept them when booking. In case of non-compliance, Management reserves the right of admission. 2- Check-in 3pm, Check-out 11am. Late check-out has an extra cost of $1,000 pesos. Please check the availability of late check-out with the manager on duty. 3-Please remove sand from your feet before entering the room or pool. 4-The hotel is not responsible for any physical accident that the guest may have inside the facilities. Please report any situation to the manager. 5-SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE ROOMS, penalty of a FINE OF 1500 PESOS 6-When leaving or going to rest, please put security pins on your bedroom doors. 7-Pets are not allowed unless authorized and the guest has signed the specific regulations on accompanying pets. 8-It is strictly forbidden to introduce and/or consume substances prohibited by law inside the hotel. 9-Please turn off the lights, TV, fan, and A/C when leaving the room. 10-24/7 assistance via cell phone. 11-The towels in the rooms are for internal use only. (They must not be removed from the rooms) and must be properly used and not used for other purposes. We're a hotel that cares about its surroundings and our beaches. We also try to save on soap and water consumption. We ask you most attentively: if the towels do not need to be changed, hang them up. If the towels need to be changed, put them neatly on the floor so that the maid can change them. Thank you for taking care of our nature. 12-Do not flush paper or other objects down the toilet. Use the trash can. 13-Please do not make noise after 10:00 PM or before 08:00 AM, to ensure the other guests get a good night's rest. 14-Non-guests are not allowed in. PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. 15-The hotel reserves the right of admission. 16-The hotel is not responsible for any lack of TV, Internet, or electrical signal caused by the providers. 17- Please advise us if you notice any damage or malfunction in the facilities. 18-The administration is not responsible for lost personal items. Or of the vehicles or objects inside them. 19-Any damage to the facilities caused by guests to objects, movable or immovable property will be their sole responsibility and they must reimburse the amount of the repair(s), including replacement of keys for loss ($500 pesos) 20-The administration reserves the right to inspect the rooms. 21-Pool hours are from 8 am to 9 pm 22- No portable speakers or loud music that could disturb other guests. 23-In case of a refund when the guest's payment has been made by card, at least 15 days must elapse before it is returned, to verify with the banking institution that the charge has been processed correctly and there were no subsequent claims. If the payment has been made in cash, it will be made immediately, depending on the logistics of the cash flow.
