The home is thoughtfully designed across three floors with elevator access for effortless mobility. The first floor features a master bedroom with two twin beds, a Roku TV, and private access to the patio and backyard. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a large living area with a sectional and chaise, two accent chairs, and a Smart TV. Glass doors lead to quiet balconies with teak furniture, perfect for morning coffee. The full kitchen boasts sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, a frozen drink machine, and a dining area that seats eight, with four additional spots at the breakfast bar. This level also includes a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a bean bag chair, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a shared hallway bathroom with a tiled tub/shower. The third floor is a private sanctuary featuring a master bedroom with a king bed, Roku TV, two private decks, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a resort-style shower with three showerheads.

• Parking: 1 vehicle in garage, 3 in driveway. No parking on the street or grass. Boat parking only in driveway; NO ATVs or RVs permitted per HOA.
• Requirements: Life in Paradise rental agreement required upon booking.
