This fourth bedroom is an apartment-style suite located above the garage, complete with its own full bathroom, a queen bed, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds—providing a wonderful setup for kids, teens, or guests seeking extra privacy.

Inside, you will find bright coastal interiors and a welcoming open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together for easy socializing. The home is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and a washer and dryer to ensure a seamless stay.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a covered porch for relaxing, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill for evening meals. The garage has been transformed into a game room featuring a ping pong table for late-night tournaments. For convenience after a day in the surf, the home includes a handy outdoor shower.

• Additional Notes: Golf cart rentals are available via Beachin' Buggies ($95/day Sept-Feb). Guests staying 3-21 nights receive a beach gear credit through VayK Gear. Please be aware that construction may be ongoing nearby and island internet can be spotty.
