Spend your time playing board games, cooking in the brand-new custom kitchen, or relaxing in the open-concept living and dining areas. The rustic, woodsy backyard is a sanctuary for relaxation, featuring a covered porch with amazing views of Lake Huron sunsets, a fire pit for stargazing, and a hot tub.

You are just 3 minutes from Oliphant beach, 12 minutes from the famous Sauble Beach, and 1km from paddle and boat rentals. In winter, the area transforms into a wonderland for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling.
Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM (late check-out incurs a $150 surcharge). This property uses well water (which may have a natural sulfur smell) and a rural septic system; please flush only toilet paper. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or near exits, and parties are not permitted. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please park in the driveway (maximum 3 cars).

- Towels, sheets, pillows, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees. - Always close the garage door after garbage disposal to avoid additional cleaning fees - If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them.
- Max. 3 cars (less in winters) Upon arrival please park in the driveway.
- We welcome furry friends for a pet fee, as it helps cover the extra 1-2 hour long cleaning /labor after checkout.
- Please note we are on well water and rural septic system. DO NOT flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper it will clog and you will be charged.
- Exercise caution when venturing into the woods or the water Note: We have landscaping contractors who will be at the property weekly.
