The beach, jetties, IB Magee Beach Park, and Horace Caldwell Pier are only 1.3 miles away, making it a quick 5-minute golf cart ride to the sand. Guests even receive a golf cart rental discount at Life in Paradise, located right next door.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old to book (strictly enforced with ID check).
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a $95 fee per pet (limit 2 pets).
• Additional Details: A Life in Paradise rental agreement is required upon booking. Parking is available for 2 vehicles (note that a golf cart rental occupies one space). Please be aware that construction is constant in Port Aransas and may be audible. Beach towels and laundry detergent are not provided.
