The interior is thoughtfully laid out to maximize the 300 sq ft space, including a nightstand with a reading lamp, an armoire-like closet, and a full-length mirror. For those needing a place to work or eat, there is a small table with two chairs. The space is completed with a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker with starter packets to ensure your mornings start off right.

Outside, you can unwind in the enclosed, landscaped pool area. This shared space is surrounded by greenery and features plenty of seating, a built-in firepit, and a BBQ for grilling tasty treats in a private and safe environment.

Located on the west end of La Paz's Zona Comercial, the property is just 7 blocks from the beach and the Malecón, the city's famous seaside boardwalk known for its art, shops, and restaurants. You are only blocks away from the heart of downtown, where you can find museums, historical sites, and artisan markets. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to El Coromuel Beach (5.1 mi) and Playa El Tesoro Beach (9.1 mi), with easy access to kayaking or swimming with whale sharks in the Sea of Cortez.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is a self-check-in property accessed via security codes. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old to book and will be required to sign a Rental Agreement. No pets are allowed, and smoking or illegal activities are strictly prohibited (subject to a $300 fine). To respect the neighbors, no parties or excessive noise are permitted after 10 PM.

Important environmental note: The area experiences water shortages. The property uses water tanks and a full cistern is provided upon arrival; refilling the tank during the stay is the guest's responsibility. We ask guests to use water consciously. Additionally, guests must climb stairs to access upper-level studios as there is no elevator. For long-term stays of 15+ nights, there is a $56 USD weekly electricity fee paid in cash. Please ensure all AC, fans, and lights are off when leaving to avoid a $20 fine.
