Practical Information & House Rules: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please be aware that non-agreed late check-outs will incur a charge of 100¢ per hour. A mandatory city tax of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night (up to 7 nights) is required and not included in the reservation. Guests must complete a mandatory self-registration and ID submission via the Chekin platform prior to arrival to receive virtual keys.

As this is a residential building with permanent neighbors, strict adherence to house rules is required to avoid monetary sanctions or eviction. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 9 AM. Parties, drugs, and loud noises are completely forbidden, carrying a 400€ penalty. Smoking indoors will result in a 100€ charge plus cleaning fees, and lost keys incur a 100€ fee per key. Pets are not allowed.
