The sleeping arrangements include two luxurious king-sized beds—one in the primary bedroom with a private bathroom and another in the downstairs bedroom which also includes a private bathroom, a mini fridge, and a microwave (please note this room is accessed via outside stairs). Two additional bedrooms each offer cozy queen-sized beds and share a full bathroom equipped with a tub and shower.

Inside, you will find a bright, open-concept kitchen that serves as a chef's dream, featuring a sleek stove, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, and a large island bar with additional seating. The adjacent dining area provides a charming table with seating for six. For entertainment, the spacious living room is outfitted with plush couches and an HD TV with expanded premium sports channels, all while bathed in natural light and bay views.

Outdoor living is the heart of this property. Guests can enjoy scenic views of Copano Bay and the salt lake from the beautiful porch or the private dock.
