Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed at the property is 6. This limit is guided by local safety and fire codes. If more than 6 guests occupy the home without prior approval, a $250 fee per additional guest, per night, will be charged and your reservation may be canceled.

Please indicate the total number of guests staying when making your reservation. This helps us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Please be mindful of noise levels after 9pm. Parties or events ARE NOT allowed. Violations of this policy will incur a $500 charge plus any additional fees for extra cleaning costs, damages, or incidentals.

Please DO NOT park on the lawn. Use the driveway parking spaces only. Parking on the lawn is prohibited and will result in a $500 charge plus any costs for repair of lawn damage. Please note that street parking is not permitted on event days per city regulations. Any vehicles parked on the street during those times may be towed at the guest's expense.

Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the property. This includes marijuana and vape pens. Violations will result in a $500 charge plus any additional costs for cleaning and deodorizing the property.

Smoking is permitted outside only, away from entrances. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly in the designated receptacle only. A $100 fee will be charged if cigarette butts are found on the premises.

No pets are allowed. Violations will result in a $500 charge plus any associated costs for cleaning and damages.

Please do not move, rearrange, or alter any furniture, appliances, décor, or other items within the residence. Unauthorized changes will result in a $1000 charge plus any costs to restore the property to its original state and any associated damages or repairs.

Please refrain from placing anything other than toilet paper into the toilets (no paper towels, tampons, sanitary napkins, Kleenex, cotton balls, or any other items). Failure to do so may result in plumbing issues; any repair or service costs incurred will be charged to the guest in addition to a $250 service charge.

We understand that accidents occur, so please let us know if you break or damage anything. Any undisclosed damage to furniture, appliances, or other items in the property will be billed to the guest for replacement, repair, or cleaning costs. This includes pet soils or any stains on bedding, linen, or furniture that cannot be cleaned by standard laundering.

The host is not liable for any personal injury, harm, or damages that occur as a result of: • Unauthorized parties or events held at the property • Guest negligence, including failure to follow house rules or instructions • Improper or unsafe use of facilities, appliances, furniture, or other items provided at the property

Pest Prevention and Responsibility Clause:

To ensure a clean, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all our guests, we take significant and proactive measures to prevent pest infestations. These measures include, but are not limited to: • Thorough pre- and post-stay inspections • Professional cleaning services between each guest stay • Regular professional pest control services • Use of protective mattress and pillow encasements • Additional preventative maintenance and treatments as needed

If pests such as bed bugs, ants, fleas, or other insects are discovered after your stay and before the arrival of the next guest, and it can be reasonably determined that the infestation originated during your reservation, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for all costs associated with mitigation, professional remediation, and restoring the property to a safe and guest-ready condition.

By booking this property, guests agree to assume full responsibility for their actions and any consequences arising from such actions during their stay. Guests are encouraged to use the property and its amenities responsibly and report any safety concerns immediately.

We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance when booking their stay. Travel insurance can provide valuable protection in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. By securing travel insurance, you can ensure peace of mind and safeguard your investment in your travel plans. 

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:

Please note that early check-in is subject to availability on the day of your stay. If available, we offer early check-in at a rate of $50 per hour, for up to two hours before the regular check-in time. Please let us know in advance if you are in need of early check-in and we will do our best to accommodate if possible.

Late check-out is only available upon prior request and approval, as it requires adjustments to our cleaning schedule. If approved, there is a fee of $50 per hour for up to 2 hours. Please note, staying beyond the scheduled check-out time without prior approval will incur a $100 fee for the first hour after the 30-minute grace period. After the second hour, a full day’s rate at the average daily price will be charged.
