Standard Occupancy Guest capacity must follow the standard shown in this listing (2 guests per bedroom). Any number beyond this requires prior written approval from Villa Management. Exceeding capacity may void the villa's insurance coverage, and entry may be refused if the group is over the stated limit.
Check-In / Check-Out Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out is by 12:00 NN, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Guests are required to present their booking confirmation and a valid passport/ID upon arrival.
Smoking Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, to prevent furniture and property damage. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (garden, open-air lounge, etc.).
Pet Policy Pets are not allowed.
Security Deposit A security deposit may be required prior to arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, less any costs for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.
Staff & Maintenance Access Staff or contractors may require access to the villa from time to time for maintenance purposes (e.g. pool, garden, or utilities). Reasonable access will be coordinated with the Guest in advance where possible.
Child & Pool Safety Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and other water areas. Due care should be taken around stairs, roads, and villa facilities.
Care of the Property & Belongings The villa and its contents should be kept in good order. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be charged against the security deposit, with any cost beyond the deposit amount to be settled by the Guest. Personal valuables left at the villa remain the Guest's own responsibility; doors and windows should be kept locked when the villa is unattended.
Conduct Illegal or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited, including, but not limited to, drugs, intoxicating gases, gambling, prostitution, firearms/weapons, and fireworks or pyrotechnics. Guests engaging in any of these may be required to vacate the property immediately, without refund.
