For extra entertainment, this level includes a dedicated TV room with a full bar area and another full bathroom. The first level provides a half bathroom and a full laundry area for added convenience.

• Important Notes: All garages are currently unavailable for rental use, and the elevator is out of order until further notice. A rental contract must be signed prior to arrival.
