Pets must be crated when unattended and kept off furniture; guests are responsible for cleaning the yard. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house (a $250 fee applies) but is permitted outside. Parties and events are absolutely forbidden, with violations resulting in a $200 cleaning fee and immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please note that same-day bookings are accepted, but immediate check-in is not available; guests must coordinate with the host prior to arrival.
