Please note that the property is not equipped with air conditioning. Regarding pets, only dogs or cats weighing less than 8 kg are accepted upon prior request. To maintain a peaceful environment for all, festive events are strictly prohibited, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors' quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.
