The nearly 1,800 sqft interior was thoughtfully renovated in late 2023, boasting a comfortably designed living area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining spaces. For a quiet moment, enjoy the sun-filled reading and breakfast nook that overlooks the serene backyard.

Step outside to discover a beautifully landscaped yard surrounding an all-new plunge pool. Whether you want to snuggle up on the outdoor loveseats, kick back by the water, or warm up around the firepit, the outdoor space is designed for relaxation. Guests can gather around the dinner table under the pergola for a family meal or enjoy various yard games. For added privacy, the property is fully fenced, with a privacy fence in the rear and a wrought iron fence in the front.

Located in the heart of the Silos Shopping district, The Gloria Manor puts you within walking distance of many downtown destinations, including the Magnolia Market and the new retail and restaurant development, The Padgitt. Parking is conveniently located at the rear of the backyard via the alley.

• Pool Note: The 10 x 20 plunge pool is not deep enough for diving or flips. Due to energy costs, the pool is heated upon request for a 12-hour period at a $75 fee. For heating throughout your stay, please contact us prior to booking to discuss pricing.
• Maintenance: Lawn and landscape services occur every Wednesday morning; pool maintenance is every Thursday.
