• Security Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit hold is required
• Requirements: A legal agreement must be signed before home instructions are provided
• Access: Guests have full access to the house, excluding the outside detached garage
• Cancellation Policy: 97% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; 47% refund if cancelled more than 15 days prior; no refund within 15 days of arrival
