The spacious open-concept layout features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, and an ample dining area that seats six, plus two additional bar stools. The living room boasts a cozy electric fireplace, a snug sofa, and two large chairs, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning vistas through the glass sliding doors that lead to the private balcony. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a specialty walk-in tub and granite countertops, and direct access to the balcony. The two additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, with one featuring two full-size beds and the other offering a set of twin-size bunk beds and a full-size bed. Guests will enjoy access to the complex's shared amenities, including a large pool and hot tub open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., a fish cleaning station, a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, and two elevators. Ample parking is available, with designated spaces for boats, trailers, and jet skis. This property is not accessible by golf cart, and pets are not allowed. Guests will need to bring their own coffee, filters, and K-cups, as well as laundry detergent, as these are not provided. The on-site management office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., to assist with any needs during your stay.
