For additional guests, the spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa with a full-size sleeper and matching armchairs, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The full bathroom is equipped with a new tub/shower and a separate large vanity area.

While the unit is designed for luxury, it remains practical. The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and both Keurig and Drip coffee makers.
