You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
This home doesn't allow dogs. Please keep the condo smoke-free and do not leave trash outside unless it's secured in the dumpster - this protects our local wildlife and helps you avoid fines.
In winter, the complex driveway is very steep. Chains and/or 4WD are absolutely required when snow or ice are present - check current road conditions before you travel and come prepared. Snow removal is provided by on-site management, though severe weather may cause delays.
Bring extra blankets whenever you visit Mammoth Lakes in case roads close during winter weather.
If you plan to use the hot tub, please bring extra towels - pool towels are not provided.
Please keep your car clean and free of anything scented - food wrappers, trash, air fresheners, toiletries, and other scented items. Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and can pry open car doors and windows; even the sight of an ice chest or food scrap is enough to attract them.
Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
