Discover the ultimate seaside escape at The Blue Marlin House, an adorable single-story cottage nestled in the charming Mustang Royale neighborhood of Port Aransas, Texas. Whether you are planning a romantic get-away for a couple, a great fishing trip with friends, or an easy vacation for a family, this beach house provides a welcoming sanctuary by the Gulf of Mexico.

The home is designed for comfort and privacy, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each of the three cozy bedroom suites includes its own private ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, while the third is equipped with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. For additional sleeping space, the living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. Every bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with its own TV and plenty of storage for all your beach attire.

Inside, the home blends functionality with relaxation. The full kitchen comes equipped with a Keurig, essential appliances, and cookware, opening directly into a dining room with seating for six. The living area is perfect for downtime, featuring an HD LCD TV/DVD player and a new Wii. For convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet off the dining area.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Blue Marlin experience. Guests can enjoy a large covered front porch, a screened-in side porch, and wrap-around decks that include an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a deck located above the garage providing a wonderful view of the surroundings. The pet-friendly backyard is fully fenced and includes a back patio with a charcoal grill.

Located in the scenic Mustang Royale area, guests are just moments away from the beach and local attractions. To enhance your stay, a golf cart is included for short-term rentals (subject to a $10 fuel charge).

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Ample parking for 3 cars in the driveway; street parking is not allowed. Boat parking is permitted only in the driveway. No ATVs or RVs allowed per HOA.
• Restrictions: No garage access. Guests must be at least 25 years old (ID verified at check-in).
• Pets: Small dogs allowed (limit 2 pets) with a $95 fee per pet.
• Notes: Please bring your own k-cups, charcoal, and laundry detergent. A Life in Paradise rental agreement is required upon booking.
