Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval. -No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors, including but not limited to ashes, cigarette butts, burns, or odor detected by our cleaning team.

- Pool Use: The pool remains open all year but is not heated. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly. Any issues with pool use will be reflected against its daily value. Children must be supervised at all times, and no glass containers are allowed in or around the pool area. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Trash & Cleanliness: Excessive trash, spills, or messes requiring extra cleaning may result in an additional fee. Please use provided bins for trash disposal.
- Restricted Areas: The cleaning closet will remain locked and is off limits to guests.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be billed accordingly.
Rental Agreement Requirement: Guests are required to sign our external rental agreement before the booking platform’s cancellation window expires. This document restates the house rules listed in the property description, confirms that guests maintain a primary residence elsewhere and are not claiming this property as such, and acknowledges the platform’s cancellation policy. No additional payments are requested through this agreement unless a security deposit is specifically stated, and all funds remain processed through the booking platform. If the agreement is not completed before the cancellation window ends, it will still be required prior to check-in. Reservations remain subject to the platform’s cancellation policy regardless of whether the agreement has been completed.
