The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private en suite, a walk-in closet, and a large sliding glass door to enjoy the view. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a private en suite, and a view of the courtyard and swimming pool. For additional guests, the living room includes a sleeper sectional equipped with a queen-size gel mattress.

The interior is designed for relaxation and convenience. A newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen opens directly into the living room, where a dining table provides seating for six. For entertainment, the home is outfitted with Smart TVs, including a 64-inch screen in the living area and 42-inch screens in the bedrooms. Those needing to catch up on work will appreciate the dedicated desk in the master bedroom. A separate laundry room provides a practical space to store beach toys, coolers, and towels, and includes a new washer and dryer for guest use.

Step outside onto the huge private deck to experience unobstructed gulf views and southern exposure perfect for sun lovers. The deck features polywood seating for six and is partially covered to provide shelter during occasional afternoon showers.

Ideally located at La Mirage, Unit 229 is just the second door from the beachfront elevator, granting guests effortless access to the beach boardwalk, main swimming pool, hot tub, and the grilling picnic area.
