The sleeping arrangements include two cozy 140cm beds in separate bedrooms—complete with nice wooden windows and curtains for a restful night's sleep—and a convenient sofa bed in the first bedroom to accommodate additional guests. The interior is designed for ease, with an elevator in the residence building ensuring you never have to climb stairs.
As you enter the welcoming apartment hall, you are led into a common space that features a dining area with a TV and a well-equipped kitchen. This functional culinary space is provided with a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, and toaster, along with all the necessary cutlery, pots, and glassware for preparing home-cooked meals. Please don't make noise after 22:00, otherwise, the penalty from the local police authority can be applied. Your duties as a tourist (we save you time and do it for you): /POLICE REGISTRATION/ we will need your passport/ID data and home address. You can send it to us or provide it personally at our office. /CITY TAX PAYMENT: 50 CZK (2 EUR) per person per night/ it can be paid by card online or in cash at the office. Before a comfortable check-in you can: - order a transfer. Our driver will have keys and maps for you. - order a parking place at the website mrparkit - send us your passport data and pay the city tax in advance in order to receive detailed information about check-in via locker, which is located at the address U Pujcovny 6 and is available 24/7. In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 150 euros for the incurred complications. The luggage storage fee in the office is 1 euro per bag.
We understand that accidents happen, but we kindly ask you to take special care not to lose the keys provided to you. In the event that the keys are lost outside our office working hours (from 6:00 PM to 09:00 AM, please be advised that we will assist you by coordinating with a locksmith to regain access to the property. Any associated costs incurred due to the locksmith's services will be your responsibility and must be settled directly with them or will be claimed through the Airbnb resolution center
- Before checkout
Please don't take the keys back to the locker, just leave them inside the apartment, on a table :)
