In total, the home provides 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms to ensure everyone has their own space to unwind.

Outdoor living is at the center of the experience here. The property is situated on a fully fenced private plot with a landscaped garden and a large 10 x 5 meter private swimming pool. For those visiting during cooler months, pool heating is available upon request for €200 per week. The outdoor area also features a private terrace and alfresco entertaining space with seating for 10 people and 10 sun loungers, making it an ideal spot for soaking up the sun.

You are only minutes away from some of Portugal's finest beaches and can easily take a river taxi to Portimão marina for sunset activities. In the opposite direction, the amenities of Carvoeiro and the renowned Pestana Golf are within easy reach. A car is recommended to fully explore the surrounding area.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. In accordance with local regulations, a Tourist Tax is applicable for guests aged 13 or older: €2 per night during high season (April to October) and €1 per night during the low season (November to March), for a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This tax is payable either prior to or upon arrival.
