This home is thoughtfully arranged with 3 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility: Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 offers 2 bunk beds, and Bedroom 3 provides 2 double beds. For additional guests, the living room includes a sofa bed to ensure everyone has a place to rest.
Inside, the home is characterized by a warm and welcoming layout. Guests are greeted by a beautiful front porch before entering through a digital keypad. The interior opens into a spacious living room highlighted by a decorative fireplace, creating a perfect spot for gathering. - Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds. All yard waste must be cleaned up. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and additional cleaning charges may be incurred for excess pet hair, stains, or waste.
- Cancellation: If canceled prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, 97% of the payment will be returned (3% is retained by the credit card processor).

(1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. (2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. (3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. (4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. (5) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. (6) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. (7) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund. (8) PET POLICY: Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
