The layout includes a cozy bedroom off the kitchen with a full bed and a small closet, while black spiral stairs lead to a loft area where a queen bed awaits, providing plenty of space to unpack and relax.

Inside, you will find a micro chef's kitchen equipped with luxury appliances, including a Bosch Speed Oven and Fisher & Paykel fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, all complemented by spectacular Charcoal Soapstone Quartz counters. The living area is flooded with warm natural light through floor-to-ceiling gable glass, offering a commanding view of Live Oak Lake. For relaxation, the bathroom is tiled in slate and features a soaker tub/shower combo. While there is no TV to encourage engagement with the surrounding beauty, super high speed internet is available throughout.
