About Property

Discover the ultimate nature escape at Cedar Brook, a modern luxury cabin tucked among trees along a seasonal creek in Lacy-Lakeview, Texas. Nestled carefully in nature, this one-of-a-kind retreat balances rustic serenity with sophisticated design, offering a peaceful getaway that lacks no comfort or convenience.

The cabin's layout is designed for relaxation, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 bed, accommodating up to 2 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a cozy loft area reached by black spiral stairs, where you will find a queen bed with plenty of space to unpack and relax. Additionally, a downstairs bedroom offers a full bed for extra flexibility.

Inside, the interior is a masterclass in style, blending top-notch mid-century furnishings with fine Scandinavian-inspired finishes. Floor-to-ceiling gable glass floods the tastefully designed space with warm natural light, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. The micro chef’s kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances, including a Bosch Speed Oven, Fisher & Paykel fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, all complemented by spectacular Charcoal Soapstone Quartz counters. The bathroom is elegantly tiled in slate and features a soaker tub/shower combo.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the experience. Step through huge glass sliders onto a concrete wrap-around deck featuring comfy patio chairs, a brand new private hot tub, and a smokeless Tiki fire pit. A hammock sways gently in the trees, and lush sod leads you directly to the water’s edge. Guests also have access to Waters Edge Commons, which features a state-of-the-art container pool, a wood pergola with swings, a propane grill, and a public dock for fishing or using complimentary kayaks and paddle boards.

Located just 10 minutes from downtown Waco and Magnolia, this sanctuary encourages digital disconnection (there is no TV) while providing super high-speed internet for those who need to stay connected.
