Floor-to-ceiling gable glass floods the mid-century modern interior with warm natural light while providing commanding views of Live Oak Lake.

The micro chef's kitchen showcases luxury appliances including Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher with custom white oak fronts, plus a Bosch Speed Oven and spectacular Charcoal Soapstone Quartz counters. The spacious living area opens via huge glass sliders to a concrete wrap-around deck with comfortable patio furniture and smokeless fire pit. Black spiral stairs lead to the loft bedroom with plenty of space to unpack and relax.
