This private residence is thoughtfully configured with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable double bed (140x200cm) and available extra bedding such as a sofa bed or futon for additional guests, which guests can set up themselves. Each guest is provided with a single duvet and one towel set for the duration of their stay.
Designed for a seamless stay, the room features a variety of modern conveniences:
- Entertainment & Connectivity: A 32-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video, and YouTube, paired with free high-speed WiFi reaching up to 180 Mbps.

Practical Information:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- House Rules: No pets, no smoking (including balconies and streets), and no parties or unregistered guests. Shoes must be removed inside the property.
- Quiet hours are observed after 9:00 PM. Please ensure the AC is turned off when leaving the premises.
- Long stays (14+ nights) require an e-lease agreement and a refundable credit card deposit.
- Per Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a passport copy via the online check-in form prior to arrival.

The apartment's entrance and hallways are equipped with surveillance cameras. There are no surveillance cameras or noise monitoring devices inside the room.
① No parties or events allowed. ② Smoking is 100% not allowed in the room, balcony or anywhere on the property, even on the road outside. We appreciate your cooperation in using only designated smoking areas. ③ No pets allowed. ④ No unregistered guests allowed staying overnight. ⑤ No shoes inside the room. ⑥ Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet time after 9p.m. ⑦ Please turn off the AC when you go out. ⑧ Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Overtime checkout will be subject to overtime compensation. ⑨ Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee ¥29,000. ⑩ Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. ⑪ Please do not rearrange the furniture. ⑫ Please do your dishes. ⑬ Please sort your garbage and put it in the correct trash bin. If you have to take out the trash, make sure you tie the bag tightly. ⑭ No illegal substances allowed on the premises. ⑮ Only toilet paper in the toilet can be thrown down the toilet bowl. Tissues, paper towels, diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, condoms and anything else should not be thrown down the toilet bowl. If the toilet bowl is clogged due to throwing things into the toilet, we will ask for compensation. ⑯ Each guest is provided with 1 set of towels for the entire stay. Extra towels are available for a fee of 700 yen per set and need to be requested prior to arrival. ⑰ For two guests, we provide either 1 double bed or 2 single beds (this is not an option, please refer the bed type of this room), and so on. If you need to use beds beyond the number of guests (for example, 2 guests need 2 beds) , there will be an additional charge for beddings. The additional bed could be a sofa bed or Japanese futon, subject to availability. ⑱ In accordance with Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport. You are required to submit the passport copy through our own online form before check-in. If you have any concerns for filling up and upload your passport soft-copies via our check-in form, please do not book this room. ⑲ Please avoid pressing the "emergency" button on the intercom unless it is an emergency. A fee of 1,500 JPY will be charged for unnecessary activation.
