The downstairs bathroom is elegantly tiled in slate and includes a soaker tub/shower combo.

Designed with a mid-century modern aesthetic, the interior is flooded with warm natural light through floor-to-ceiling gable glass. The micro chef's kitchen is a highlight, boasting spectacular Charcoal Soapstone Quartz counters, luxury Fisher & Paykel appliances (fridge, freezer, and dishwasher) with custom fronts that blend seamlessly with white oak cabinetry, and a Bosch Speed Oven. The kitchen opens into a spacious living area with a commanding view of Live Oak Lake.

Outdoor living is emphasized with huge glass sliders leading to a concrete wrap-around deck featuring comfy patio chairs and a smokeless Tiki fire pit.
