For additional guests, the living room includes a convenient sleeper sofa.

While the home provides a private sanctuary, it is thoughtfully integrated into the winery experience. Location & Neighborhood The home is situated directly on the grounds of Fortunata Winery, providing guests with walkable access to the tasting room. While the Villas are family-friendly, please note that the Tasting Room and Winery areas are strictly 21+ only.
