The mid-level provides three master king bedrooms with ensuite full baths and deck access, a master queen bedroom with an ensuite full bath and deck access, a king bedroom sharing a full bath with a queen bedroom, and an additional queen bedroom.

The lower level is an entertainment hub featuring a rec room with a TV and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Sleeping arrangements here include a master queen bedroom with an ensuite full bath, two bedrooms with pyramid bunks and twin trundles sharing a full bath, and two additional master bedrooms featuring pyramid bunks and ensuite full baths.
