Seafever is equipped with a variety of features to enhance your visit, including WiFi for staying connected and Smart TVs for your entertainment. During cooler evenings, you can gather around the indoor fireplace for a cozy experience. For those who love to entertain, the private courtyard braai area provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining and socializing.
Located in the heart of Arniston, the property is ideally situated for exploring the area's renowned beautiful beaches and serene rock pools. The peaceful neighborhood allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Practical details for your stay: Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Access to the home is managed via a lockbox at the office; guests must collect keys and directions from the office lockbox before heading to the property. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Please note that while pets are welcome, the loft and outside storeroom are not available for guest use, and some owner cupboards remain locked.
This is a fully self-catering home. We provide bed linen, bath towels, extra blankets, a braai grid, basic sunlight liquid, hand soap, two toilet rolls per toilet, two dishwasher tablets, two refuse bags, and one rechargeable light for load shedding. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels, firewood, firelighters, additional toilet paper (single-ply only due to the septic tank system), extra load shedding lights, dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, and all food and drink provisions.

Guests are fully responsible for any breakages, damages, or losses caused by themselves or visitors. Only the permitted number of guests (including children) may stay at the property. No loud parties, 21sts, matric gatherings, or similar events are allowed. Excessive noise or rule breaches may result in immediate eviction without refund. No under-21 groups without adult supervision. Furniture may not be moved and axes are prohibited. Alarm systems must be used as instructed. Where pets are allowed, they are not permitted on furniture. Full payment must reflect before keys are released. No refunds for shortened stays and houses cannot be changed on arrival. Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 10:00 Guests are advised to bring extra lights or lanterns for load shedding.
