Welcome to Ocean View, a newly constructed beach house completed in 2024 that offers a lovely ocean view! Experience the ultimate coastal getaway in Galveston, Texas, where modern luxury meets the serenity of the shore.
This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for families. The layout comfortably sleeps 12 guests without the need for couches or rollaway beds. The top floor is dedicated to relaxation, hosting a large master suite and a junior master suite, both featuring king-size beds, 65" HD flatscreen TVs, and private bathrooms. Both upper bedrooms open directly onto a covered balcony equipped with a couch, coffee table, and seating for four.
The first floor is designed for group enjoyment with an open Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room setup, complete with oversized windows facing the ocean. Sleeping arrangements here include one bedroom with two built-in full-size bunk beds and a second bedroom with four built-in twin bunk beds. For added convenience, these beds feature integrated charging nooks for phones and tablets. The living area is centered around a 75" HD flatscreen TV, and the dining area includes both an interior table and an exterior table seating six on the covered deck.
The ground floor provides a large concrete driveway for up to 6 vehicles, an EV charging receptacle, and a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. An enclosed storage area houses guest essentials including beach chairs and both charcoal and propane grills.
Situated in the Terramar Beach subdivision on the narrow west end of the island, guests are just a short distance from both the beach and the bay. Residents enjoy exclusive access to a private pool, a lighted fishing pier, and a boat launch. For those who love the sand, drive-on beach access allows you to park your vehicle directly on the beach.

Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1 2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
