The living space is anchored by a large dining area and a huge Smart TV equipped with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function, all leading out to a large balcony that invites you to linger.
The home is well-appointed with functional spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. For convenience, the residence includes both a primary bathroom with a shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet.
