Two of the three bathrooms are also conveniently located on this level. Upstairs, the living space opens into a cozy living room equipped with a home entertainment system, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. This area also leads to an enclosed deck, perfect for breathing in the crisp mountain air.

There is outdoor parking available for two vehicles.
Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets and smoking or vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Early check-in is not available. To ensure a safe stay, charcoal BBQs are prohibited at the complex. Guests are asked to bring their own hot tub towels and basic kitchen consumables like oil, spices, and coffee. Please be aware that cable, WiFi, and cell service in this mountainous region can be unreliable due to common utility disruptions.

This home doesn't allow pets. Please keep all charcoal grills off the property - only gas BBQs are permitted at the complex. Secure all trash in the dumpster; leaving it outside attracts bears and can result in fines. Be bear aware: keep your car completely clean and free of any scented items (food, air fresheners, toiletries, hand sanitizer) - bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and will break into vehicles. Before you head out, please secure any food or scented items indoors. In winter, bring extra blankets in case roads close - chains or 4WD are frequently required, so check weather and road conditions before you travel.

Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
