If guests do not meet this age requirement the reservation will be cancelled. -Per company policy, we are required to collect a credit card number and signed rental agreement once booking is confirmed. -We will require guests to provide an email address in order to gain access to our Guest Portal containing all important information about entry and access instructions. -We are locally operated and requests all guests text or call our 24/7 guest services team with any questions or concerns.
