Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM with convenient self check-in via smart lock. A pre-check-in process through the Guest App is required, including rental agreement and ID verification. Guests must be 21+ to book. A $200 refundable damage deposit will be held 2 days before arrival and returned within 48 hours after checkout. Pets are not permitted. Additional amenities like BBQ grills, pool heaters, cribs, and high chairs are available for an extra fee.
