Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent; for groups of single adults, all guests must be 25+ with proof of age. Please note that parking passes for July 4th and Blue Angels Week are $150 each and charged after booking, with a limit of one pass during these peak seasons.
