The famous Magnolia Silos are just a half mile away—only about 3 minutes from your door—and Baylor University is a quick 5-minute trip. The neighborhood is safe and puts you within walking distance of amazing restaurants, bars, and some of the best coffee shops in Waco, including local favorites Pinewood Coffee Bar and Dichotomy. While many attractions are walkable, the host recommends driving for shopping trips or during hot days, as Waco offers plenty of free parking.

To ensure a transparent stay, please be aware that because this property is located in the center of downtown, guests may experience some street noise and light at night. Additionally, a train runs through Waco; while this didn't bother the previous owners, it is something light sleepers should consider before booking.
