The home is configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master room is a true retreat featuring a king size bed and a 40" TV. For added flexibility, the living room includes two sofas, one of which converts into a bed. The layout is thoughtfully designed with a classic Jack and Jill bathroom, where the toilet and shower are separate from the vanity area so multiple guests can get ready simultaneously. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, bedside tables, closet space, and blinds and curtains to ensure a cool, dark environment for quality sleep.

The open-concept kitchen and living area feel perfectly put together. The fully equipped kitchen is a baker's and cook's dream, featuring a full-size fridge, plenty of dishware, and a dual Keurig for both single cups and full pots of coffee. To maximize the space, the dining table is on casters and can be easily moved to accommodate family meals.

Outside, the cottage is nestled between mature oak trees that provide great shade in the evening, while the morning sun glimmers from the bay over the pool. Guests can relax on the full-length covered front porch, complete with comfortable chairs and two outdoor dining tables. Just steps away is the relaxing beach-entry community pool, open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (not heated), with an on-site bathroom.

Located in a prime spot, you are just a short 5-minute drive to Fulton and 8-10 minutes from Rockport Beach. For those bringing gear, there is room to park up to a 21' boat or trailer in front of or beside the cottage.
