Designed for spacious comfort, the home features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The heart of the home is an inviting kitchen, dining, and living area adorned with coastal-inspired decor, perfect for sharing laughter and stories. The fully stocked kitchen sparkles with gleaming stainless appliances and essentials, including a blender and crockpot for your family feasts.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate tranquility. Two guest rooms serve as cozy sanctuaries, with one featuring a queen bed and a patio door, and another offering a queen bed with an ensuite bath. The secluded master suite on the third level is a realm of peace, featuring a king bed, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and a private patio that gifts you incredible coastline panoramas.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. Bask in the morning sun from the spacious deck off the living room, which comes furnished with a dining table for meals under the stars. The Lost Colony complex further enhances your stay with a delightful shared pool and a convenient boardwalk that leads you directly to the sandy shores.

Location & Neighborhood: Located within the serene Lost Colony complex in Port Aransas, this property provides a peaceful atmosphere with direct beach access via a boardwalk. Please note that the property is not located within the Port Aransas golf cart accessible zone.

• Minimum booking age: 25 (Valid ID required)
• Pets: Allowed with a $95 fee per dog (limit 2 pets)
• Parking: Space for 4 vehicles
• Important Notes: Life in Paradise rental agreement required upon booking. Beach towels, laundry detergent, and charcoal are not provided. Guests should bring their own K-cups for the Keurig. No garage access is available.
