You acknowledge that you will respond to my message the morning after check-in with any trip-related issues and give us a chance to rectify the problem right then; we do not accept requests for money for trip-related issues after you check out; it's simple if you have a problem let our staff fix it for you :) Smoking is permitted outside only. $200 per day smoking fee for smoking indoors.
